A typical Mudon job starts in the garage or the room under the stairs. Families here often stash broken bikes, old cots, flat-pack wardrobes and spare dining chairs until the space runs out, then want the lot gone in one go. We walk through with you, agree what leaves, and load it straight onto the truck, so nothing sits on the driveway waiting for a second trip. If you would rather keep a few pieces back for a garage sale, just mark them and we will work around them.
Gardens are the other big source of waste. Mudon's planted streets and green spaces mean many residents keep their own lawns, hedges and potted trees, and a seasonal tidy-up can fill a surprising number of bags. We take cut branches, dead plants, cracked planters and worn-out outdoor furniture together, and green waste and timber are sent for recycling whenever possible rather than simply dumped. Dry soil from old pots and builders' leftovers from a small landscaping project can usually join the same load, so mention them when you send photos.
Because Mudon is a gated family community, it pays to think about access before we arrive. Let the gate know a white pickup and crew are expected, and check with your community management if there are preferred hours for contractors. Tell us whether the items are upstairs, in the back garden or in the garage, and we will bring enough hands to move everything in one visit. We also take care on shared paths and lawns, because neighbours in a close-knit community notice when a contractor leaves a mess behind.
