Dubai Hills Estate is a newer master-planned community built around a golf course and a large central park, with villa clusters, townhouses and apartment buildings in distinct neighbourhoods. Because many homes are relatively new, our jobs here often involve fit-out leftovers rather than decades of clutter: delivery packaging, spare wardrobe doors, surplus tiles and the original furniture replaced after owners upgrade their interiors. We clear these quickly so the new layout can be enjoyed straight away.
Community access needs a little planning. Entry for service vehicles may be managed at gates or through a residents' system, so check with your community management how contractors should be registered before collection day. Once we are in, the crew carries items out through the most practical route, protecting stairs, door frames and flooring in finished homes. For apartment buildings, we coordinate with the concierge or building team about service lifts and loading areas.
Families who have been in their homes for a few years start to accumulate the usual extras: outgrown children's furniture, old garden sets, broken gym equipment and boxes stored in the garage. Landlords and property managers also call us between tenants to clear what has been left behind. We provide clear pricing before work starts, recycle materials whenever possible, and leave driveways and shared spaces neat, which matters in a community that is kept this well.
