Al Qusais divides neatly into two worlds. The residential side is made up of apartment blocks, many of them home to families and sharing tenants, while the industrial side is lined with warehouses, workshops and small trading businesses. The area sits close to the Dubai–Sharjah border, so traffic on the main roads can shape the best time for a collection. We plan slots around that rather than leaving you waiting at the door.
On the residential side, typical requests involve worn sofas, spare beds left by previous flatmates, broken washing machines and the general clutter that gathers when tenants change. Lifts in older blocks can be compact, so we ask for the floor and a quick photo of the largest item. Where something won't fit, our crew can dismantle beds and wardrobes inside the flat before carrying them out, keeping stairwells and corridors clear for neighbours.
Commercial clients in the industrial zone tend to need volume. Broken pallets, damaged shelving, old office desks, packaging waste and obsolete equipment can be cleared in one visit, with metal, timber and cardboard separated for recycling whenever possible. Our staff are trained and fully insured, which matters when a warehouse floor is busy. We don't take chemicals, oils, paints or any other hazardous materials, so please set those aside for a specialist collector.
